Nektarios ZisisCEO & Co-Founder
Nektarios Zisis is a leadership expert, business consultant, and keynote speaker with over 19 years of experience in the pharmacy, corporate training, and leadership development sectors.
Born in Athens in 1977, he is married to Vaso and is the proud father of two children, Giannis and Elina.
His career began in 2004 as a Sales Consultant, quickly rising to Team Leader within six months—an early testament to his natural leadership ability.
He went on to hold key sales management roles before joining Advance Pharmacies Network S.A., where he served as Business Consultant and later Head of Pharmacies Trainer.
There, he developed and implemented the Advance Growth training program, focused on customer service, leadership, personal growth, communication skills, and team building.
In 2018, Nektarios expanded his impact into academia as a key partner at IST College, teaching Communication Skills, Leadership, and Personal Growth.
In addition, he is currently running a leadership and personal development course at René Descartes College, further extending his academic footprint and shaping the next generation of leaders.
In 2021, he founded ZN Solutions, earning recognition for innovation and winning the Best Innovative Training Company Award at the Victorious Gala Business Awards in 2022.
A defining milestone in his journey came in 2019, when he became a Certified Leadership Trainer, Speaker, and Coach by the John Maxwell Team, personally mentored by John C. Maxwell.
This certification deepened his leadership philosophy, blending globally recognized principles with his extensive business experience.
Later, he partnered with Anastasios Spanidis, President of the GPA Group, to co-found Growth Point, a leading consultancy in leadership development and business transformation.
Growth Point has supported major clients including Navarone S.A., Foodrinco S.A., Neurosoft S.A., Viopol S.A., GEP Group, Office Line S.A., Manifest S.A., Dimokritos S.A., and ELTRAK, among others.
Nektarios is also the creator of EVOmetric™, an innovative leadership measurement system using KPIs to quantify leadership effectiveness and provide targeted guidance for growth.

Leonikos is a C-suite executive and an agile leader with 15+ years of driving growth and managing change across three diverse industries -Consumer Goods, Gaming Lottery and Automotive. His experiences are with products and services commercial strategy; B2B and B2C, wholesale and retail, online and offline.
Leonikos’ ability to transfer strategic insights and commercial excellence across sectors has made him an asset for organizations seeking agile leadership, capable of navigating complex dynamics and driving sustainable growth.
Before graduating in 1997 from Deree, The American College of Greece, Leonikos started as a sales merchandiser at Philip Morris and gradually worked his way up to senior commercial positions in FMCG. He developed holistic commercial acumen through extensive dual expertise -in both Sales and Marketing roles, spanning the complete commercial spectrum; from brand strategy to go-to-market execution, always staying customer-centric. Working for global brands at multinational Consumer Goods companies like Beiersdorf and Essity, as well as the leading Gaming operator, OPAP group.
As a result, Leonikos grew to Commercial Director and then served as General manager and board member for two organizations, in Consumer goods and Automotive. In both companies, Leonikos was fortunate to lead two challenging business transformations, driving organizational and cultural change toward shared visions.
He embodies a balanced, people-first philosophy. The motto, People → Customers → Results, reflects his belief that financial success and value creation stem from prioritizing human capital.
Committed to continuous improvement, passionate about daily personal development and wellness, Leonikos focuses on developing physical and mental balance through disciplined practices, including NLP techniques and meditation. He is also intensively focused on growing as an AI-driven leader.
In addition to his corporate role, he offers consultancy and training services in the fields of commercial and change leadership, as well as personal growth. Both members of the VAB, Leonikos met with Nektarios in 2025 and has joined Growthpoint’s team of experts ever since.
Leonikos is also an entrepreneur in Hospitality services, offering travelers top-rated, unforgettable experiences in nature. He is Greek-American and resides in Pallini with his wife and two teenagers.
Stelios Vytogiannis is an accomplished commercial and operations executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience across FMCG, beverage distribution, and industrial manufacturing.
He has successfully led high-performing teams, driven strategic growth initiatives, and guided companies through major transformation projects in Greece, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
With a strong track record in marketing, sales, business development, and supply chain, Stelios has delivered several key milestones throughout his career, including:
- Tripling sales and expanding customer portfolios in international markets.
- Relaunching and repositioning brands, achieving top-tier market performance within competitive categories.
- Building new business units and leading complex post-acquisition integrations.
- Negotiating strategic partnerships with global industry leaders in the beverage and FMCG sectors.
- Transforming family-owned operations into structured, export-driven organizations with modern systems and ISO procedures.
Stelios holds an MBA from IMD (Lausanne) and a BSc in Management Sciences from the London School of Economics (LSE). His international academic background complements his extensive professional experience, enabling him to blend strategic thinking with practical execution in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
He is fluent in Greek and English and maintains a strong interest in sports, personal development, and international culture.
Konstantinos Karousis, CEO of The Business Insurance, brings over 32 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a long-standing distinction as a member of the MDRT Circle of Successful Insurance Professionals.
He holds academic studies in Greece and abroad in Marketing, Public Relations, Leadership, and Management.
Throughout his career, he has delivered numerous seminars and keynote sessions in Greece and internationally, specializing in communication, leadership, and management, both in one-to-one formats and in group settings.
He is highly recognized for his training expertise, serving as:
- a distinguished educator in Time Management,
- a specialist in Communication and Sales Techniques,
- and an Advanced Trainer in DISC Behavior Analysis, focusing on behavioral patterns and personality dynamics.
Born in Athens in 1968, with roots from Naxos, he is married and the father of two children, Niki and Achilleas, who are currently pursuing their studies.
