With over 18 years of experience in the pharmacy field, Nektarios began his career in 2004 as a Sales Consultant and later progressed to the role of Sales and Commercial Director in various commercial companies.
From 2017 to December 2022, he served as a Consultant and Head of Training in the Advance Pharmacies Network.
Since 2018, has been collaborating with IST College as a lecturer, teaching courses on leadership, communication, and personal development.
In March 2019, obtained certification from the JMT (John Maxwell Team) as a Speaker Trainer & Coach.
The JMT is a prestigious global group of elite professionals specializing in influencing and leadership, with over 100,000 certified Coaches, Trainers & Speakers in 120 countries.
The team members, trained by John Maxwell himself and his top colleagues, are the only ones licensed to teach the top Leadership Expert material.
In October 2019, was entrusted by the Managing Director of IST College to lead an innovative program called “Personal Growth & Sustainability.” The program aimed to empower college students by helping them shift their perspective, build self-belief, enhance their communication skills, and realize their potential to achieve their dreams.
The program has been highly successful, with up to 95% of students admitting to discovering previously unknown aspects of themselves.
In April 2021, Nektarios founded ZN Solutions, a Business Consulting company specializing in training.
In October 2022, at the Victorious Business Awards where he received the first prize as the best innovative training company, he met the president of the G.P.A. Group of companies, Mr. Anastasios Spanidis.
Two months later they decided to join forces and create Growth Point.
Nektarios is also an esteemed Speaker at Pharmaceutical Conferences, a columnist in Health Magazines and Business Sites (Pharmacymanagement & epixeiro. gr), and a trainer at in-house seminars for large enterprises including Vardas, Bread Factory, Humana, Pharmex, Yalco, Natura Pharm, Laser4Myopia and others.
